Meet our Founder - Karen Williams
I started KW&Co with a fire in my belly after working in Restorative Justice for four years, facilitating conferences between offenders and victims for the reparation of harm. I learned about what’s possible when people are empowered to practice self-awareness and come together to have real and brave conversations.
Combined with my coaching experience, I left my safe and secure senior role in the Department of Communities Queensland and moved back home to Melbourne to start my business on a borrowed computer in a walk-in-robe - true story!
Since then KW&Co has partnered with over 90 organisations, coaching their leaders and teams, 1 on 1 and in group programs, to grow and achieve new commercial results together through self-leadership and a different kind of trust and communication.
