Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments

Payment of membership or webinar registration fees MUST be made to Karen Williams & Co prior to any event, course, or workshop. Attendance at the event, course or workshop may be denied if the registration fee has not been received.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Transfers

All webinar fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A full recording of the webinar will be available post-event, sent to the email they optioned with the payment, with so the payee will not miss any provided content.

Substitutions can be requested at any time. The person who has registered to attend the event (or a senior officer of the organisation) must advise Karen Williams & Co of the name of the substitute attendee in writing prior to the event.

In the event of an illness or other extenuating circumstance that affected the attendee’s ability to participate in the webinar &/or access the recorded content post-event, the payee may request a refund in writing, to:
